Ki Boem Kim, DDS, MSD, PhD
Dr. Ki Beom Kim is Dr. Lysle Johnston Endowed Chair in Orthodontics and currently serves as an Associate Professor and Program Director in the Orthodontic Department, Center for Advanced Dental Education at Saint Louis University. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orofacial Pain. Dr. Kim was originally from Seoul. He received his dental training from Dankook University, finished three years of Oral Medicine training and later received his PhD in Orofacial Pain. After his three year military service, he and his family came to the US, and he received orthodontic training from Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
He has been working as a full-time faculty at Saint Louis University since 2005. He has spoken many times at international and national meetings. He has published close to 100 peer-reviewed articles and multiple book chapters. Additionally, he has participated in over 120 master thesis projects over the years. He had three textbooks written.

Dr. Abhay Sharma
Dr. Abhay Sharma is currently a sleep medicine/surgery fellow at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He completed a 5 year residency in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at USF in Tampa, Florida and is now completing a 1 year fellowship specializing in sleep. His passion is exploring ways to improve evaluation of the upper airway and thereby advance the ability to treat obstructive sleep apnea.

Indicate the packages are for the WSO Spring Conference and your company name. Shipments will not be accepted earlier than THREE working days prior to your arrival date. Handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Please note: the exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the hotel premises and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the hotel, its agents, servants and employees form any and all such losses, damages and claims.

All vendors will be invited into the general session room and given the opportunity to introduce themselves to all attendees and share information about their products/services. Each company will be given 2-3 minutes to present and encourage attendees to visit their booth! Don’t miss this great opportunity!
REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
The deadline to register is March 1, 2022. After March 1, 2022 a late fee of $50 applies. Cancellations received on or before March 1, 2022 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after March 15, 2022.
